I have a website with a few thousand subscribers who receive an email every time I post a new story. The site is connected to an email provider (MailChimp). Between the site, the email provider and the server, problems occasionally arise - perhaps due to software updates or bots. About once a month, I frantically email Matt, and he always identifies the source of the problems and quickly fixes them. Most recently, my website was rapidly sending people with real email addresses that they subscribed when they had not. He uncovered the source of the problem (an "old, unsupported plug in") and got rid of it. I have been working with Matt for several years. He is a lifesaver.
