So, I have been getting spam from the servers of this company. They have an abuse email id on their IPs which is mandatory. But they do not accept abuse reports on this email id. Instead they ask you to fill a form for every spam you get from their servers which requires filling in details manually like time and date of spam mail. Other fields are not even clearly marked where I can send in headers or upload the content of spam mail. It is clear that they have no intention of handling abuse reports which is why they have made abuse reporting so messy.
